About the role:

This is a casual position located in Fairfield NSW. Current HIPPY parents are eligible to apply only. Base hourly rate of $33.93 plus super.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver learning materials and activities directly to families in their homes.
  • Guide parents as they work through the HIPPY curriculum with their children.
  • Provide one-on-one support to build parents' confidence in their teaching abilities.
  • Monitor progress and celebrate milestones to keep families motivated and engaged.
  • Build meaningful relationships within the community and connect families to resources.

What you’ll need:

  • Be a parent or carer of a child participating in the HIPPY program and /or a child who has completed the HIPPY program in the last 2 years
  • A passion for early childhood education and empowering parents as educators.
  • Ability to engage with families and build trusting relationships.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work within a structured program.
