This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, located in Campbelltown. Starting base annual salary of $69,182 to $75,695 plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

About the opportunity:
Uniting is seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our team in Campbelltown NSW. As the Senior Administration Officer at Uniting, you will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day administrative support to managers, coordinators, and teams. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, office administration, financial tasks, and supporting various programs to ensure efficient operations. You will work autonomously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and cultivate positive working relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Program Manager and coordinate administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain efficient administrative systems and oversee work-related equipment matters.
- Undertake general administrative duties including minute taking, report preparation, and file management.
- Coordinate community events and manage financial transactions in line with Uniting’s procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert for record and document management.
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and assist with property matters.
- Review reports, reconcile timesheets, and address any discrepancies.
- Contribute positively to Uniting's core values and operational efficiency.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications and/or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a diverse and busy environment.
- Knowledge of business processes, financial management, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
- Current NSW Driver’s License and experience in WHS and Training.
