As Centre Manager, you’ll be at the centre of it all — from leading day-to-day operations to cultivating a warm, engaging environment for children, families, and educators.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations, including staffing, compliance, budgets and family relationships
- Coach, mentor and empower your team of educators and teachers
- Champion high-quality programs that foster holistic child development
- Build a positive, inclusive centre culture that celebrates teamwork and diversity
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance

What You’ll Bring:
- A Diploma or higher (ACECQA-approved) in Early Childhood Education
- 3+ years of experience in early childhood, including in a leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early learning and team development
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
