As a Process Worker, you'll play an important role in our Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE), helping deliver quality production outcomes while working alongside and supporting people with disability in a safe, inclusive and rewarding workplace.

What you'll do
- Complete a variety of production and packaging tasks, including picking, packing, assembly, labelling, collating, sorting and stacking.
- Work towards daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate production equipment safely (and forklifts if appropriately licensed and trained).
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support and encourage supported employees and students on the production line.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Report hazards, incidents and safety concerns promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, production or process work is highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support people with disability in the workplace.
- A current Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.
Compliance Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to:
- Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check.
- Provide proof of Australian work rights (Passport, Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate).
- Complete a National Police Check (paid by Afford).
- Complete a pre-employment medical and functional assessment (paid by Afford).
