About the Role
Lead project teams to coordinate the implementation of a range of fisheries programs and projects; and contribute to the development of policy and planning activities that support our fish resources and aquatic environments.

About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Proven ability to manage work programs and ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to provide clear advice and guidance to stakeholders in line with relevant legislation and policy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary fisheries, natural resource, and aquatic environmental management issues.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant policies, plans, and legislation, including experience in delivering and enhancing online services using an agile approach.
  • Ability to identify sensitive, complex, or contentious issues and appropriately refer them for supervisory advice or approval.
  • Current NSW Driver’s License with the ability to travel throughout NSW and work outside normal working hours.
