About the role 

Soil Conservation Service  is seeking a Business Performance Officer to provide administrative support functions to SCS operational activities.

 

About you 

The ideal candidate is a motivated and reliable individual with a strong foundation in administrative support and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. They should be well-organised, able to manage competing tasks, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.

The role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, communicates effectively, and is confident using technology and office systems. Experience in managing a shared mailbox is beneficial, along with a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new processes.

To be successful in the role, our ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • Experience providing a broad range of administrative and project support services, including maintaining records, managing databases, and verifying accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail in preparing routine documents and information in accordance with quality assurance standards and organisational requirements.
  • Effective communication skills to respond to enquiries, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Teams.
