The DPIRD 90-Day project framework allows us to pull together expertise and high-performing staff from across the department to work on a strategic cross-department project for a period of 90 days. The next project will focus a small cross-DPIRD team on developing a whole-of-department approach to meet our commitment in the Statement of Intent to ensure that Aboriginal people are included socially, culturally and economically.
