About the Role
The Marine Park Officer supports the management of NSW marine protected areas by contributing to plans, education, and permit assessments. The role will communicate with stakeholders, procure goods, and provide advice to ensure the protection and appreciation of these valuable environments, in accordance with the Marine Estate Management Act 2014 and associated regulations.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of NSW marine parks and environmental assessment experience, coupled with the ability to apply legislation, strong communication and procurement skills. Additionally, you will hold a current Drivers Licence and an ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
