  • Clerk Grade 11/12 – Salary starting from $145,378.00 + super and leave loading

About the Role

The ICT branch of Enabling Services is looking for someone who is passionate about digital innovation and ICT compliance, and who thrives in collaborative environments, working across diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Partner with business units to identify compliant digital and ICT solutions that align with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure critical system data is accurately maintained within our Enterprise Architecture Management platform.
  • Liaise with external service providers, escalating technical issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee digital and ICT procurement processes, ensuring they meet all compliance and business assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, governance leaders and operations teams to support the full lifecycle of digital and ICT platforms.
  • Assist in developing strategic digital plans with a strong focus on mitigating risks related to legacy systems and outdated technologies.

About You

You’re a proactive communicator and systems thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a collaborative, future-focused environment. You bring a strong understanding of enterprise digital ecosystems and are confident navigating compliance and governance landscapes.
