About the Role

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how performance is measured, understood and communicated across the department. You’ll lead the development and refinement of performance metrics and frameworks to drive meaningful insights that support strategic planning, resource management and operational excellence.

Working closely with stakeholders at all levels—including the Executive and external partners—you’ll deliver high-value analysis and reporting that informs decision-making and supports transparency and accountability. You’ll also lead consultative and benchmarking processes, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and champion improvements in reporting and business intelligence capabilities across the Department.

You’ll combine big-picture thinking with a sharp eye for detail, all while maintaining the integrity and governance of the performance data ecosystem.

About You

You are an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of performance metrics, business intelligence, and public sector reporting frameworks. You thrive on translating complex datasets into actionable insights and are adept at working across diverse stakeholder groups to drive alignment and engagement.

Your strong communication and negotiation skills mean you're as comfortable engaging with executives and government agencies as you are working with operational teams. You value data integrity and governance, and you're passionate about continuous improvement and system-enabled reporting solutions.
