About the Role

The Investment and Concierge Officer will play a critical role in supporting investors to navigate through the Special Activation Precinct business concierge function. The role supports the Stakeholder and Concierge Lead with the coordination of investor support in assigned Special Activation Precincts, ensuring optimal outcomes for stakeholders including investors, partners and community. This role will support precincts in delivery, with a focus on Parkes and Moree precincts, and is critical in providing timely and accurate information to investors, facilitating introductions, administration and data management while ensuring investment and partners experience with the precinct program is a positive one.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused professional to support investor engagement and deliver concierge services across NSW Special Activation Precinct’s (SAP) through the

Regional Growth (NSW) Development Corporation (RGDC).

The Investment and Concierge Officer will support investor engagement and coordination activities across the Special Activation Precincts (Program). Working closely with the Concierge Lead and internal teams, the role helps deliver concierge services, facilitate stakeholder connections, and provide timely information to support positive investment outcomes in regional NSW.

 

About the Team

The Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (the Corporation) is established under the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 to lead the vision, strategic master-planning and delivery of the Government’s Special Activation Precincts program to drive prosperity and growth across regional NSW.

You’ll be working within the Parkes and Moree SAP team which is multidisciplinary and set up to drive place-based outcomes for Parkes and Moree LGAs respectively. Support and guidance will also be provided by the Manager Investment Concierge & Strategic Partnerships who sits in a centralised function across the SAP program.

Specific aspects of the role include:

  • Coordinate and deliver business concierge services to support investors through the Special Activation Precincts program.
  • Support the development and promotion of investment collateral and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams and government agencies to facilitate timely and accurate information sharing for investor outcomes.
  • Manage data collation, reporting, and administrative processes to improve stakeholder experiences and support continuous improvement.

About You

You’ll have a knack for developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors while guiding them through rigorous processes. Providing concierge services for investors including coordinating deliverables across RGDC and other government agencies. In the role You will provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordinating relevant documentation between RGDC and investors, managing external consultants, overseeing internal processes and procedures, and ensuring all necessary data is accurately collated and reported as required.
