About the role
We are in search of a highly skilled Asset Management Advisor to provide best practice strategic and operational asset management advice to local and state government clients.
The role undertakes asset management planning at both portfolio and asset class levels, providing asset management advice for buildings, infrastructure and public spaces, that directly contributes to the amenity and liveability of NSW communities.
Your ability to collaborate with senior team members and other stakeholders on the delivery of asset management projects will ensure the application of mandatory standards and best practice asset management principles across government.
Our ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail, can perform under tight deadlines and can analyse, sort and prioritise asset information and financial data.

About You
We are looking for engaged, driven and skilled individuals. To thrive in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate experience in strategic and tactical asset management; and exposure to financial elements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the practical application of asset management standards and best practices as they relate to government agencies.
- Demonstrate skills in analysing, sorting and prioritising asset information and financial data.
- Partner with diverse teams of senior managers and stakeholders to ensure innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Have high level interpersonal and people management skills.
- Have high level writing skills and accurate preparation of reports.
- Engineering experience is desirable.
