About the Role
Your role will support marine estate programs by managing projects from start to finish though planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication. You'll handle everything from community engagement and website content to reporting and managing relationships with other agencies, while ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Proven experience in supporting projects, including planning, documentation, and managing deadlines.
- Ability to develop clear communication materials and effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with maintaining websites, databases, and records management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes with limited resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
