About the Role
This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role, managing a team that delivers high-quality administrative, customer service, and business support functions across the region.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee finance and procurement governance and compliance
- Bi-monthly reporting to support the General Manager and Board.
- Drive process improvements and implement innovative business solutions.
- Manage competing priorities in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
