About you 

Reporting to a Director, the Senior Business Coordinator provides comprehensive business support to the team to deliver the Special Activation Precincts. You will lead and manage a team that is responsible for business and project support including: report and meeting preparation, maintaining project documentation, and undertaking a variety of other tasks to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project delivery. The role also includes providing high level and trusted support to the Director along with coordinating operational requirements such as recruitment, learning and development, finance, procurement, and ICT. Furthermore, the Senior Business Coordinator manages reporting and analysis to assist the Director with business compliance requirements and contributes to developing streamlined processes to support delivery outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A background in administration and/or operations with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, managing conflicting deadlines and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience resolving complex problems and implementing innovative solutions. · Experience in procurement and coordination and processing of financial tasks and reporting to drive financial outcomes
  • The ability to prepare and analyse reports to enable informed decision making.
  • Experience in building and leading a high performing team.
