  • This is a Clerk Grade 9/10 level role with salary starting at $120,859 + Super and all of our other great benefits!

About the role

As a key member of our Health & Wellbeing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees to return to work safely and effectively following injury or illness. Your expertise in injury management, health, and wellbeing will be essential in creating a positive and supportive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and support to employees, managers, and stakeholders on injury management and return to work processes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote early and safe return to work.
  • Managing a caseload of injuries and illnesses, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve injury management outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives.

About you:

The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong understanding of injury management, workers compensation, and health and wellbeing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with employees.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritise tasks effectively.
