About the role

As a Performance and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of the department by providing insightful data analysis and reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying trends, measuring performance, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain robust reporting systems and processes to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure organizational performance.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining reporting systems and processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights effectively to a range of audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
