About the Role:

Join the Finance Control & Analysis team as a Manager Business Reporting. In this role, you will unlock your leadership potential in our forward-thinking team.

As the Manager Business Reporting, you will:

  • Guide a dynamic team of four direct reports, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate business data and analytics. This includes facilitating informed decision-making and fulfilling reporting requirements
  • Contribute essential business analytics and internal corporate reporting to bolster the development of business plans and enhance the decision-making processes
  • Identify opportunities and spearhead business analytics projects, employing innovative approaches to address intricate business challenges
  • Undertake and successfully deliver projects aligned with business priorities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Independently make high-level decisions, providing top-notch business metrics and analysis to internal clients
  • Collaborate with the Director in making decisions that have far-reaching implications, surpass financial delegations, or significantly impact stakeholders

What do you need to be successful?

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, leading a small team to deliver business data, analytics and internal corporate reporting.
  • Strong ability to partner with diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries
  • A pro-active mindset with the ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
