We are looking for switched on office all-rounders to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the regional team and its customers. 

About the Role

As a Customer Service and Admin Support Officer you will be responsible for: 

  • A variety of word processing, records management, data entry, office administration and customer service duties 
  • Providing consistent high quality front line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required) 
  • Managing customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity 
  • Providing feedback and information to contribute towards an ongoing improvement in customer and administrative service activities 
  • Undertaking accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures.

About You 

As you can see this is a hands on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll be busy and be a front face for the Central West team. 

You’ll need to have strong, professional communication skills, an eye for the details and be someone who’s comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.

Previous experience in a customer service related position or an office administration role would be a plus and a strong understanding and a passion for technology would also be a benefit in the role.
