About Us

Local Land Services (LLS) is an Executive Agency within the Department of Regional NSW. It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services, private native forestry and management of Travelling Stock Reserves (TSR).

About the Role

As a Customer Service and Administration Support Officer, you will provide high quality administrative support and front-line customer service including, triage customer enquiries on wide range of agricultural, natural resource management, biosecurity, emergency management.

About You

This is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll need to have strong, professional communication skills, an eye for the detail and be someone who’s comfortable both processing accurate data and information, as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role would be an advantage, along with experience in using various business systems. If you have a genuine passion for working with local communities and want to be part of a supportive team, this is the job for you!

Essential requirement:

  • Current NSW Driver’s License
  • Ability and willingness to travel
