Executive Support Officer
Local Land Services is seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide a comprehensive range of high-level administrative services.

- A&C Grade 5, Salary range $93,295 to $102,941 per annum plus super and leave loading

About Us:
Local Land Services (LLS) is an Executive Agency within the Department of Regional NSW. It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services, private native forestry and management of Travelling Stock Reserves (TSR).

About the role:
You will form part a of a small team, reporting directly to the Projects and Programs Officer and working to support the General Manager and Riverina Executive team with a range of critical issues and small projects.
The ability to manage a range of competing priorities confidentially, with discretion and keen attention to detail is essential.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the General Manager, Executive team and Board
- Manage the General Manager’s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- Manage the Local Chair’s diary appointments and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings, including Board meetings, to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- Collate, prioritise and coordinate a range of requests and approvals for the General Manager and Executive and escalate as required
- Coordinate logistics and collate associated meeting papers for the Riverina Board, Executive, Leadership, and community advisory group meetings. This includes drafting agendas and minutes, plus managing all expense claims for Board and committee members
- Expense reconciliation
- Distribute Ministerially requested correspondence and briefing notes
- Manage competing priorities and provide ongoing support with attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Assist in the coordination and planning of a range of events
Essential Requirement:
- Must hold a current driver licence
