About the Role

Step into a dynamic role as a Skills Training Coordinator, where you’ll play a key part in empowering individuals and industries through transformative short course programs!

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused individual to coordinate, administer and support our Skills Training programs. In this fast-paced, impactful role, you will ensure that course participants have a seamless experience from enrolment to completion.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and review individual enrolment processes, course participation and assessment outcomes, ensuring all details are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Design and prepare short course timetables and schedules that align with industry needs.
  • Assist with advertising and promotional activities for short courses, showcasing their value while adhering to the Vocational Quality Framework (VQF) and relevant legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to maintain trust and achieve shared goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the training team to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

About You:

You’re a natural collaborator with a passion for precision and innovation. Your ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships will be key. Whether you’re working with departmental staff, employers, or industry partners, you thrive in connecting with people and driving successful program delivery. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will ensure everything runs smoothly.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid NSW Driver’s License and ability to travel.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122, or willingness to obtain the qualification.
