Are you a dynamic team player who thrives in a high-performing and supportive environment? Riverina Local Land Services is looking for an Executive Support Officer to join the team. This is your chance to make a real difference in the local community while supporting our Executive and Board with top-level administrative services.
About the Role:
You will be an essential part of a small, dynamic team, reporting directly to the Projects and Programs Officer. You will support the General Manager, Chair and Riverina Executive team on critical issues and small projects. Your role will be crucial in managing a range of priorities with confidentiality, discretion, and detail-oriented precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the General Manager, Executive team, and Board.
- Manage the General Manager’s and Chair’s diary appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate logistics and prepare meeting papers for Board, Executive, Leadership, and community advisory group meetings.
- Draft agendas and minutes, manage expense claims, and handle Ministerial correspondence and briefing notes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating a range of events.
Essential Requirements:
- Current driver’s licence.
- Must be based in the Riverina region.
