  • Location: Orange preferred, however all Regional NSW locations considered
  • Clerk Grade 7/8 | Salary from $110,266 - $122,025 + superannuation + flex.  

About The Role

Be a part of the $48 million Farms of the Future (FotF) initiative by the NSW Government which aims to increase the adoption of Agricultural Technologies (Agtech).  This state wide program fosters collaboration across government, industry, and communities and it aims to boost productivity, market competitiveness, and improve resource management through innovative tech.

In your new role as Project Officer, Digital Engagement, you'll be at the heart of the action, developing engaging digital content and strategies to boost awareness and engagement for the Farms of the Future program. Your creativity will help drive agtech adoption across the NSW agricultural sector, connecting farmers with the future of farming.

What you will be doing?

🌟 Create engaging digital content that builds awareness, sparks interest, and fosters engagement.

📝 Collaborate with content authors to ensure quality, accuracy, and design consistency.

📊 Analyse content performance, reporting on KPIs, audience engagement, and traffic trends.

🤝 Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote program objectives.

🎨 Ensure content follows departmental style and branding guidelines.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Experience developing engaging digital content across different communication channels and guiding content authors.
  • Experience with digital tools such as CRM (eg Salesforce), data and website analytics (eg Google analytics), social media and learner management systems.
  • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement / communications strategies including preparation of relevant materials and use of digital media.

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in Media or Communications (specialising in Digital Media, Social Media or Content Creation) or Business marketing.
