As our Strategic Senior Land Service Officer, you will be at the heart of our business, helping us achieve our strategic objectives and driving continuous improvement across our programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance monitoring: Track and report performance against the Riverina Local Strategic Plan.
- Business planning: Coordinate and support annual business planning to meet strategic goals.
- Program and project reporting: Support and guide project officers and the wider team to build on current reporting practices.
- Data analysis: Collect and analyse data to provide balanced advice, insightful reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Business Evidence Reporting Tool (BERT) Coordination: Coordinate BERT to ensure accuracy and quality outcomes are measured to delivery actionable recommendations for business improvement
- Stakeholder engagement for business improvement: Support Riverina teams in local community engagement, using tools like the Measuring What Matters Survey and other engagement methods to understand evolving business needs and enhance customer satisfaction and outcomes.
- Small project management: Coordinate small projects as required ensuring they meet their objectives, are delivered on time and within budget.
- Working group participation: Participate in LLS working groups, contributing to strategic initiatives which support business improvement strategies.
About You:
You are an analytical thinker who loves diving deep into data, facts, and figures. Your keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information will be invaluable in this role. Proactive, organised, and an excellent communicator, you smoothly coordinate tasks across various teams and stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic team environment and are eager to contribute to our efficient, high-performing, and supportive team.
To be successful in this role you must be based in the Riverina region, as you’ll need to work from a Riverina LLS office location.
You’ll also need to have:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience with business planning and performance monitoring
