About the Role
The Senior Ministerial Liaison Officer provides crucial support to ministerial operations by ensuring the smooth flow of information and advice.  The role prepares high-quality reports, briefings, and responses to ministerial requests, often on sensitive and complex issues.  Additionally, it will contribute directly to effective governance by supporting informed decision-making at the ministerial level.

About You
Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of government operations and procedures related to ministerial correspondence, briefings, parliamentary materials, and speech preparation.  Strong research and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, as is a proactive approach to identifying emerging issues and ensuring timely responses.
