As a Non-Graduate Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality, compliant training in practical farming operations as part of Tocal College’s Vocational Education and Training Program. This role offers the chance to work directly with students to develop practical farm skills and sustainable practices while contributing to training resource development.
About You
You’re passionate about agriculture and education, with the ability to engage and train students in the on-farm machinery and equipment. Strong communication and relationship management skills help you deliver effective training and ensure your students succeed.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116/TAE40122 or willingness to complete
- Certificate III in Agriculture or Conservation Land Management or relevant experience and qualification
- Current NSW Driver Licence and the ability and willingness to travel
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Experience in delivering Vocational Education and Training (VET)
- Ability to adapt training to students with diverse skills and learning styles
- Strong relationship-building skills with industry and stakeholders
