About Local Land Services
Local Land Services (LLS) is an Executive Agency related to the DRNSW cluster. It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services and private native forestry.

Leading the development of strategic state-wide planning, including Program planning and State strategic planning.
Partner with, and provide support to, LLS Business units on:
- Annual business planning
- Local strategic planning
- Developing multi-year planning processes and supporting its implementation
Fostering a culture of planning, including driving staff capability uplift and a focus on outcomes planning and target setting for improved business performance.
Improving LLS’ capacity to develop strategic and planning resources that support public sector value creation.
Inspiring direction and purpose with direct reports and manage resources effectively to achieve maximum public value.

What you need to do this role:
- Experience and/or knowledge with different types of strategic and program planning
- Previous experience in managing and undertaking a range of complex projects and associated activities
- Demonstrated experience leading the analysis and negotiation of outcomes across diverse audiences, planning scales and land management sectors
- Appropriate qualifications and/or demonstrated experience for the delivery of strategic evaluations
- Have a current NSW Driver License.
