About the Role
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager ready to lead a high-impact Salesforce CRM implementation? We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering complex projects, working cross-functionally, and driving strategic outcomes. In this pivotal role, you'll take full ownership of a transformative Salesforce CRM project—from planning through to execution—ensuring the solution is not only delivered on time and within scope but also drives meaningful business value.
This is your chance to make a lasting impact in a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric solutions. If you’re passionate about technology and love turning business needs into successful project outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Your day-to-day duties:
- Lead the Project: Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce CRM implementation, aligning delivery with business goals, scope, and timelines.
- Drive Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and on track.
- Be the Key Communicator: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Manage Resources: Allocate and monitor internal and external resources to support efficient and timely task completion.
- Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity.
- Track and Report Progress: Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to keep leadership informed and engaged.
- Coordinate Vendors: Manage vendor relationships to ensure third-party components are delivered to the highest standard.
About You
You're a strategic thinker with a passion for driving transformation through technology. You're just as comfortable leading stand-ups as you are presenting to executives. You thrive in Agile environments and can confidently juggle multiple moving parts—without losing sight of the big picture. Your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology is second to none, and you’re energised by collaboration, challenges, and delivering value.
Essential requirements:
- Extensive CRM Project Management experience, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Salesforce expertise, including configuration, customisation, and business-focused integration.
- Strong command of Agile project methodologies, with the ability to run sprints, manage iterative delivery, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, vendors, and internal teams, making timely, informed decisions within a framework of accountability.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and planning skills, with the confidence to make decisions and influence outcomes.
