Customer Service & Admin Support Officer

Riverina Local Land Services are looking for a switched-on office all-rounder to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the regional team and its customers.
As a Customer Service and Admin Support Officer you will be responsible for a variety of customer service duties including but not limited to addressing customer enquiries, records management, data entry, office administration, word processing and will be required to:
- Provide a consistent high-quality front-line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required),
- Manage customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity.
- Provide feedback and information to contribute towards an ongoing improvement in customer and administrative service activities.
As well as this you will also be required to provide accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures.
About You
As you can see this is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll be busy and be a front face for the Riverina LLS team.
You’ll need to have strong, professional communication skills, an eye for the details and be someone who’s comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.
Previous experience in a customer service-related position or an office administration role would be a plus and a strong understanding and a passion for technology would also be a benefit in the role.

Local Land Services (LLS) was established in January 2014 to provide quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This is an Executive Agency related to the cluster. It provides quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally-based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services and private native forestry.
