NSW Resources are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Officer – Developer Support to join the Information Management team.
As a Project Officer you will play a crucial role in the success of our Agile and ITIL frameworks, supporting the development team by performing and assisting with various tasks within the Information Management domain, including quality control, testing, business analysis, and project management.
To be successful you’ll need a comprehensive understanding of coding and the complete software development lifecycle as you:
- Verify, test, document, and report on unit/system testing, while gathering feedback to enhance quality and reduce operational risks associated with developed applications.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to user story analyses, thereby improving the quality of solution designs for both new and existing products.
- Apply project management principles to software support, identify and resolve issues, and perform agreed-upon maintenance activities.
To thrive in this role, you need to have strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
