  • Location:  Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour 
  • Clerk Grade 3/4 Salary From $84,659 plus super and leave loading

About the Role

The Business Performance Officer provides financial and administrative support functions to SCS operational activities.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide a range of administrative and project support services including routine data entry, records management, database maintenance, support procurement and accounts verification activities
  • Administer SCS project documentation and schedules in accordance with established financial accounting procedures and Integrated Management Systems
  • Complete routine financial and purchasing transactions in myWorkzone and Oranasoft (internal project management software)
  • Prepare routine information and documentation in line with quality control processes and organisational requirements, to support critical business processes
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information, and delivery of service within required deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in financial processes or the willingness to learn
  • Review project contracts and agreements, use local and business registers, project management software, organisational accounting software and databases to meet operational and management requirements.
