Central West Local Land Services (LLS) is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to be the friendly face and reliable support for our teams and customers. This is a frontline role where you’ll juggle a variety of tasks—keeping things running smoothly in the office, supporting your colleagues, and being the first point of contact for our community.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing consistent, high-quality customer service, including initial advice, information, guidance, and escalating queries as needed.
  • Handling administration tasks such as records management, data entry, word processing, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Delivering accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management, tax invoicing, and financial reconciliations.
  • Assisting with board and project support activities, routine correspondence, and procedural improvements.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery across the team.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of people.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer information and office processes.
  • The ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or administration (experience with FARMS and MyWorkzone is an advantage).
  • An understanding of regional NSW communities and their opportunities and challenges.
