Central Tablelands LLS is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our team as the Leader of Business Services. This is your chance to make a significant impact in an ongoing role, driving our business services team to new heights!

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead the Business Service team to ensure efficient delivery of external services and support regional finance and administration.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and key stakeholders, enhancing understanding and commitment to LLS functions.
  • Administrative Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative and financial systems, including procurement, asset control, and fleet management.
  • Financial Operations: Support daily financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Budget and Reporting: Assist in budget development, financial analysis, and report production.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare responses and provide balanced, timely advice on stakeholder and customer issues.
  • Process Improvement: Research and analyse business processes to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery activities.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within business services or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to driving business improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
