About the Role
As Cluster Manager, Eastern Region, you’ll oversee the physical, financial, and human resources across multiple departmental sites. Your leadership will ensure the efficient delivery of services that support agricultural research, biosecurity, and regional development programs. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and resource optimisation.

You’re a proactive and strategic leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-site environments. With a passion for agriculture and regional development, you bring strong people management skills and a commitment to service delivery. You’re confident navigating complex operational challenges and building strong relationships across teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, business, science or related field
- Proven experience in managing budgets, assets, and diverse teams
- Strong understanding of public sector financial and operational practices
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across regional NSW
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to integrity and safety
