Are you passionate about recruitment and seeking an opportunity to make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated Talent Advisor to provide recruitment support and solutions, ensuring the selection of top talent while complying with NSW Government legislation.

In this role, you will offer proactive, client-focused, and capability-based recruitment services, while implementing contemporary strategies to enhance our hiring processes. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Provide comprehensive support to managers on recruitment and mobility options.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Offer guidance on best practices in recruitment and workforce resourcing initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the People team to enhance recruitment processes and service standards.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external organisations to attract talent.
  • Talent Pool Management: Oversee talent pools and partner with managers for effective candidate assessments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with internal teams like HR, IT, and Health & Wellbeing.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Create reporting tools to monitor recruitment activities and recommend improvements.
