About the Role

Tocal College is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Officer - Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will manage, monitor, and maintain student applications, enrolments, and completion records for both full-time (online and face-to-face) and short course programs. Your work will ensure compliance with the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Compliance Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations 2025) and NSW Smart and Skilled guidelines, supporting the College’s commitment to high-quality education and training.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Maintain accurate and compliant student records and manage reporting in line with AVETMISS, NVR Standards, and NSW State Records Regulations.
  • Prepare and issue official student documents, including statements of attainment, transcripts, and testamurs, within required timeframes.
  • Assist with quality assurance processes and provide administrative support to the Senior Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer.
  • Manage the Working with Children Check register and verification processes to ensure legislative compliance.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You are a proactive administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills. You are confident managing complex data and enjoy delivering high-quality customer service in a busy environment. You understand the importance of compliance and accuracy in a Vocational Education and Training (VET) setting and are committed to supporting students and staff effectively.

Essential Requirements

  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
