About the Role
As the Senior Analyst Data and Analytics, you will apply data to generate insights and reporting to improve service delivery and inform strategic decision-making across the business. Your role will effectively communicate complex, technical data findings simply and clearly to diverse stakeholders, champion initiatives, and foster collaboration to achieve business outcomes.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in applying analytical skills and analysing complex quantitative data.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Python, PowerBI, and SQL for data analysis and visualisation.
- Proven ability to create data models and develop accurate, timely reports for a variety of audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build partnerships and champion data-informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of data science and data engineering techniques to support process and system improvements.
