About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracting Officer to facilitate and coordinate contract management functions across multiple grant and funding programs. This role ensures compliance, governance, and efficient administration of contracts while supporting grant recipients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance to grant recipients on contract management processes.
- Coordinating and undertaking contract management and grant administration tasks including assessment and negotiation of funding deeds and variation requests, compliance reviews and performance monitoring.
- Assessing acquittal and payment claims against contractual requirements and program guidelines.
- Implementing policies and procedures to support compliance and governance.
- Drafting accurate briefings and correspondence for management and departmental requests.
