About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across regional NSW. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects including water and wastewater systems, roads, and essential public facilities, helping to build stronger, more connected communities.

As a team leader, you’ll also guide other Project Managers, ensuring programs are delivered to the highest standards of time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental performance. You’ll champion best-practice project management principles and work closely with stakeholders to meet corporate and regional expectations.

About You

You will have experience in achieving client and business unit objectives while managing multiple projects with strict time, cost and quality parameters. You will also be able to identify and manage project delivery risks, including safety and environment and influencing stakeholder behaviour to implement project risk strategies.

Appropriate trade, post-trade or tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management, engineering, architecture, and building or construction is essential. Expertise and experience in civil projects in rivers would be an advantage.

You will also need a valid NSW Driver Licence and willingness to drive to remote locations which may include overnight stays.
