About the role
The Stakeholder & Concierge Lead, is responsible for facilitating investors through the precinct requirements, including but not limited to planning and commercial processes that streamline their establishment and expansion within the Wagga Wagga precinct. You’ll also be responsible for managing key stakeholders and coordinating communications and engagement activities for the Wagga Wagga precinct. Reporting to the Director, you will play a crucial role in being the key contact responsible for coordination between Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC), Local Government and other stakeholders or investors.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as the relationship manager for investors within the precinct, providing informed and strategic advice and guidance to ensure the goals of the investor and the RGDC are achieved.
- Provide business concierge services for investors to support the precinct development decision making process. This includes coordinating and facilitating relationships across the RGDC and other government agencies on behalf of investors, to ensure that the investment can be delivered in a timely and streamlined manner.
- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders within the community of the precinct and liaise with the communication and engagement central team for guidance on providing consistent and up to date information.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder needs, interests and issues raised and received by the Corporation and provide analysis and recommendations to manage identified risks and ensure positive relationships are maintained and are relevant, appropriate and informative.
- Act as a subject matter expert, to facilitate and promote the precinct within the community. This includes assisting in the planning, managing and attending community engagement activities to ensure that they are engaged and informed.
- Support the implementation of investment attraction and community engagement strategies within the precinct, to effectively manage any emergent issues that may arise. Liaising with the concierge and engagement teams within the RGDC for any advice or guidance required.
- Support and provide information for the development of collateral and promotion of the precinct to investment attraction agencies and other stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong customer focused approach and experience supporting businesses and stakeholders to drive land sales and opportunities to deliver on the Wagga Wagga precinct’s vision and objectives to businesses.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in developing collaborative working relationships and networks with key stakeholders to ensure goals are met
- Experience managing complex and sensitive consultations with diverse and competing stakeholders. Demonstrated awareness of commercial sensitivities and experience in initiating discussions with prospective investors/developers
- Demonstrated ability to identify emergent trends and contentious issues within timeframes while being aware of community and industry trends and perceptions.
