Our Culture and Team
Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation is a close-knit, collaborative and genuinely supportive team working across regional NSW. While the projects are significant in scale and complexity, the culture remains grounded, practical and highly people-focused.

Each Precinct team operates within a broader RGDC structure of approximately 50 professionals, working across multiple precincts. Teams are empowered, outcomes-driven and trusted to lead within their portfolios while maintaining strong alignment with strategic direction.

The organisation supports flexible working arrangements, with team members able to be based in various NSW offices depending on personal circumstances and operational requirements. Regular in-person connection remains important, with opportunities throughout the year for strategy sessions and team planning.

Importantly, this is a team that enjoys working together. The environment is professional but not bureaucratic, ambitious but not hierarchical. People are trusted to deliver, supported to grow and recognised for their contribution.
