About the Role

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will deliver a range of administrative and support services to ensure the smooth operation of the Research Assurance Branch. Your work will include managing records, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documentation, and assisting with financial transactions. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting teams to achieve their goals. 

What you’ll do 

  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including correspondence and records management. 
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and information flow across the team. 
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services. 
  • Respond to enquiries and escalate issues as needed. 
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in line with organisational standards. 

About you 

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. You can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. 

Essential requirements: 

  • Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role. 
  • Ability to use technology and systems effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
