About the Role
The Senior Customer Service Officer provides frontline customer service, administrative and operational support as part of a small team delivering operations for the Batemans and Jervis Bay Marine Parks.

This is an Identified role under the Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and as such Aboriginality is an essential requirement of the role. Aboriginal identified positions are developed where Aboriginal identity, cultural knowledge or connections are a genuine aspect of the role.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will:

  • Have great people skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Be a highly organised office all-rounder with experience in finance, record keeping and preparation of correspondence
  • Enjoy working as part of marine park operational team across NSW
  • Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
