About the Role
As a Business Performance Coordinator within the Property and Assets team at Soil Conservation Service, you will play a key role in strengthening asset management while supporting broader performance and improvement initiatives.
You will coordinate asset processes including registers, stocktakes, maintenance planning and scheduling and contribute to asset policies, frameworks and plans to ensure effective governance and compliance.
In addition, you will analyse business systems and performance data to identify opportunities, provide insights, and support projects that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
This is a collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, where you will provide trusted advice and help ensure that processes, systems and practices align with organisational and government requirements.
