- Clerk Grade 9/10 - salary from $133,348 to $146,945 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading

Join Fisheries & Forestry and play a key role in supporting strategic planning, financial performance and business improvement initiatives that contribute to sustainable outcomes across NSW.
As the Senior Project Officer Finance with Fisheries and Forestry, you will provide expert financial and project support across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll help drive informed decision-making, strengthen governance and improve business performance through robust financial planning, reporting and analysis.
- Lead business planning, budgeting, financial reporting and performance monitoring activities.
- Deliver finance and business improvement projects, from planning through to implementation.
- Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and project outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships while ensuring sound governance, compliance and continuous process improvement.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who can balance strong financial expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
You will bring:
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong project management and business improvement experience.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to analyse complex information and provide practical recommendations.
- A commitment to governance, accountability and delivering quality outcomes.
