• Annual salary from $116,981 - $129,492pa + super

About the Role

As a Performance Reporting Officer for Local Land Services, you will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, performance reporting products and data visualisations that support organisational, executive and Board-level decision-making. You will also contribute to reporting frameworks, support internal reporting systems and provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations to support organisational performance monitoring.
• Support the ongoing operation, administration and continuous improvement of internal performance reporting systems, including a internal customised solution built using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Coordinate and deliver performance reporting to support organisational, Board and whole-of-government requirements.
• Source, validate, transform and analyse data from multiple systems to produce accurate reporting outputs, identify trends and emerging issues, and deliver meaningful performance insights.
• Translate business reporting requirements into practical reporting solutions and visualisations.
• Support the ongoing development of performance measures, reporting frameworks and data governance practices.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience developing and delivering performance reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Has strong technical capability in Power BI, data visualisation, report development and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Can source, analyse and interpret complex datasets to produce accurate and meaningful reporting products.
• Understands how to translate business requirements into practical reporting and analytics solutions.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
• Can manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timeframes.
• Builds productive working relationships with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support continuous improvement.
