  • Clerk Grade 9/10 – Salary from $133,348 to 146,945 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading

About the Role
As Executive Officer, you'll work closely with the Executive Director, Resource Management, providing high-level executive, strategic and project support across a diverse portfolio. You'll coordinate communications, briefings, reporting and governance activities, while helping drive projects and business priorities that contribute to the division's objectives. Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting informed decision-making, managing competing priorities and ensuring important initiatives are delivered effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
  • Strong written communication skills and briefing preparation experience
  • The ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Sound judgement when managing sensitive or complex matters
  • Strong project coordination skills and a focus on delivering outcomes
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience improving processes, systems or ways of working.
