About the opportunity:
The Head of Business Operations, National Programs for Advisory Care & Partnerships (AC&P) is a permanent, full-time role based in any of our offices nationwide. This key leadership position involves managing a diverse team to support the effective delivery of advisory care programs, particularly focusing on Dementia Support Australia (DSA) programs. The role encompasses logistics, training, technology, project management, and procurement support, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and driving efficiencies to free up time for consultants and team leaders to focus on care delivery. The Head of Business Operations will work closely with stakeholders across HammondCare, including technology, finance, and marketing teams, to ensure successful program execution and raise the profile of DSA initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing event planning, sponsorship management, project support, process improvement, and developing training initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a deep commitment to HammondCare’s mission and values.

Oversee the learning/ training/ orientation programs and initiatives that support AC&P, including but not limited to, identifying gaps in skills/ capability and developing/ delivering programs to lift the knowledge/ quality of advice provided by consultants (in line with the CMF)
