This maximum term position split between our modern office in St Leonards and working from home. Our team has a fantastic team environment where you will work alongside 12 other passionate, hard-working and enthusiastic Advisors.  

About the role 

Reporting to the Talent Lead you will work within the Mission in Action of HammondCare to deliver recruitment services across your region.  You will work closely with Hiring Managers and the Home Care Operations team to deliver 360-degree recruitment across all levels of role from frontline Carer to Senior Management positions.

Key Focus Areas 

  • Sourcing key talent and building talent pipelines
  • Recruiting roles in HomeCare – Frontline Carers, Registered Nurses, Clinical Care and Area Managers etc.
  • Candidate and Stakeholder management
  • Deliver 360-degree recruitment process – Phone Screening, Background Checks and Managing Offers
  • Lead Recruitment projects – eg new services areas and Ad hoc recruitment projects. 

Skills and experience 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, either Internal or Agency in a high-volume setting 
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Teams) 
  • Experience using PageUp or similar ATS would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of positive Customer Experience both internal and external 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
